Steel fermentation and macerarion for around 3 weeks, using yeast occurring naturally on our lands, soft pressing.

Taste description
Notes of wild berries are felt across the palate and evolve into a lingering finish. A hint of leather and smooth tannins create an elegant and well balanced structure.
